Adjusting the repeater timing should fix the issue.

The redstone doesnt update fast enough after casting the bobber to open the door, so you end up recasting over and over. Edit: I noticed a problem, sometimes, maybe when you stand on a certain place or something the fishing rod just throws out very fast and the durability goes down incredibly fast. No fighting to find the sweet spot, fighting like hell to make it work for 15 minutes with dealing with that finicky as hell tripwire hook version…love it.
