I'm having the same problem. MediaMonkey takes care of converting and transferring them to device. The software has been reviewed by Softpedia, fileForum, Freenet. After that, the transferring process begins and it onlye takes a second to finish. I can see the iPhone in the tree and MediaMonkey does read the file that are on the iPhone and give me the option of deleting them when I sync, but it does not copy files to my iPhone. The iPhone is then back to being only detected as a camera. Kindly note this and if you have any confusion, please let me know through comments.
