I've tried it using my Mobo audio. This means that when someone plants the bomb it'll still beep and when someone defuses it you can still hear it. How can I turn down the game music? You'll notice it's much better with the music option down because you can hear the bomb beeps and defuses more easily. It reduces the dramatic theme song when a bomb is planted, when the round is nearly over, on round start, etc, so it'll actually be better to lower this. Edit: I think I found it.
Hey I just played some compettive we won and the sound have been better, but can come when the game is laggy. I have tried re installed the game no luck I also have tried restore system, but i get a error code named 0x80070005 Have tried unplug headset, but still nothing. I have researched the topic and drawn no results. I saw someone mention enabling Stereo Mix - I couldn't quite work out what to do with it, so I figured I'd not touch it until someone with a bit more information could assist me. I found a command a few months ago but I can't seem to find it again. If there's something I missed, feel free to ask and I'll provide as much information as possible, thanks! My pc is a laptop and the headset Siberia v2 h5.
What is with people's ability to read and understand plain English on this forum? Originally posted by :And your advice was wrong. . . How about you stop playing your game and only checking on the forum to pass time when you get killed? I'm sure we're getting closer to fixing this :D. Can it be a windows settings or something, because every there comes big sounds. Hey I just tried to switch audio settings ingame, but it still laggs the crap out of me.
Sorry I'm not the best to english what means amp? Now that we've ruled it down to the soundcard. It's the only time when xonar cards don't function. Right now everything is low and only triple buffering + vsync is on. I'd be happy to teamviewer or something if that made troubleshooting any easier. It is pretty anoying and I don't know how to fix it. I don't want to disable it, just turn it down. It will onl remove those dramatic songs which everyone hates.
Other games, such as Wargame: Red Dragon work fine using the default settings. . I don't see you giving solutions or positive input, you're only coming up with false assumptions due to your lack of ability to read plain English. This will lower the sound in the menu and will also reduce some annoying sounds in game such as the bomb planted or nearly time up not the beep and round start music. I can stream that, and viewers can hear both my mic, my friends and the ingame sound. Please fully understand the situation before you assume things. .
I play some music via youtube halfway through, which comes through fine, along with steam notification sounds. . Right now everything is low and only triple buffering + vsync is on. It's really anonying and don't know how to fix it. I think the problem is windows 7 sound settings. It is pluged into the laptop with two jacksticks. I've got a strange problem! I don't care about the main menu as much as the in game music you hear when you plant the bomb and other tense situations.
. If you read all the posts carefully, you would of have seen that the thread creator asked to reduce the main menu volume, I gave him a solution and told him what other things it'd change and another member asked why you would want to reduce other sounds and I explained to him that he misunderstood me. . . . .
I can confirm, that works fine. Are there some settings, commands or some thing else there can boost me in fps? Then explain what was wrong? But, since my mobo doesn't have an amp, it's not as loud or as nice sounding as my Soundcard, which is pretty unfortunate. Read my post carefully, it excludes the beep. I don't think it's the headset there is the problem, because the sound problem happens also with my speaker. You're not like running certain sounds to your headset and then certain sounds to speaker are you? I just can't know without being in front of the computer otherwise. I have tried update my sounddriver, but no luck. I got two errors in console: Error: Total static audio channels have been used: 96 There was many of this and red texted. Disable both vsync and triple buffering.
